This project entailed the supply and integration of a complete communication system for six 2-car trains. The primary objective was to enhance passenger communication, crew coordination, and operational efficiency while ensuring compatibility with third-party systems for seamless future scalability.

Functional Highlights

Digital Voice Announcement (DVA):
An automated system for delivering clear and timely audio announcements to passengers, ensuring real-time updates about station stops, service changes, and other important information. -
Public Address System:
A centralized system that allowed train operators to make live or pre-recorded announcements, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the train. -
IP Help Points:
Passenger help points equipped with IP-based communication capabilities to provide immediate access to train crew or emergency services. These were strategically installed for ease of access in emergency situations or for routine assistance. -
Crew Intercoms:
A dedicated communication system for the train crew, enabling effective coordination and rapid response to any operational or safety-related incidents. -
Third-Party Interfacing:
Integration with third-party systems to ensure compatibility and adaptability for future upgrades or additional functionalities. This provided the flexibility to incorporate external technologies as required by evolving operational needs.
